my new "frags"

I am obviously very happy and excited about my new "frags" and want to share with as many people as possible....

Our baby girl is Eliana Rose. Eliana means "God has granted" and Rose is a family name. Our baby boy is Olam Neal. Olam means "world" and Neal is a family name.

Yeah, watch out for competition between the frags, it can get fierce.

Yes and for best growth rates I would suggest moderate flow and lighting, dose atleast three times daily with nutrients, and heavy skimming. Congatulations ;)
