The Reef Stewardship Foundation started out as a volunteer community in Houston, TX, but we quickly transformed into an online community. The first post in our community was August 18, 2006. Since then over 1,200 people have shared over 15,562 posts on diverse array of topics covered by our program areas. Originally the discussion forums focused on aquaculture of marine organisms, but the discussion has expanded to educational uses of aquariums, steps we can all take to help coral reefs, and RSS feeds of the latest science articles and news about coral reefs and their conservation. We always welcome new members to broaden the community and engage in new topics.
